I just purchased a TipTopAudio Z-DSP module. Very interesting. Based on a SpinSemi FV-1 DSP chip. TipTopAudio also sells a development kit which allows you to program your own algorithms. the DSP has a very compact and efficient instruction set and allows for some very interesting capabilities.
